The 5th annual IESE Women in Business Conference will take place in Barcelona, Spain on February 6th, 2020.

The Conference hosts passionate speakers, relevant panel discussions, engaging workshops and networking sessions.

With this year’s theme, “The Power of We: Why Gender Equality is Everyone’s Business”, we aim to provoke collaborative
conversations, stressing that meaningful change can only be achieve when women and men work together to improve current challenges.

THE EVENT

The 5th annual IESE Women in Business Conference will be held February 6th, 2020 at the IESE Business School Campus in Barcelona, Spain.

The Conference attracts ~400 yearly, as it provides fantastic learning and networking opportunities for professionals across sectors and functions.

This is an all-day event, with meals inclusive of your ticket. The dress-code for the conference is Business Casual.

THE POWER OF WE – Why Gender Equality is Everyone’s Business

This year’s conference aims to inspire collaboration and understanding so that everyone can reach their potential.

By promoting inclusive teamwork, mentorship as well as personal initiative, it seeks to provide an approach for both women and men to thrive in their professional and personal lives.

Through keynote speakers consisting of admirable female and male business leaders, as well as panels, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the importance of building cohesive teams, driving your career and how to overcome challenges.

THE CLUB

The IESE Women in Business Club aims to empower the next generation of female leaders and make sure both men and women are involved by creating an open forum to foster collaboration and learning among the community.
