Eliana García Alonso-Lamberti
Eliana works as an Investment Director in a Spanish Family Office. Her position involves managing a portfolio of companies, fully owned or in which the group holds minority interests, searching and assessing new investment opportunities. Her background has always been related to finance: prior to her current position, Eliana worked for Telefonica, Moody’s Corporate Finance and MFO Multi-family office.
Four months after taking over her role as Investment Director in CMC XXI, Eliana was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She got a bone-marrow transplant from her sister and has chronic condition of graft-versus-host disease (transplant-rejection). Next February 2018, it will be 2 years since Eliana successfully rejoined her company and went back to work, after a 4-year leave. She currently combines her job responsibilities with her weekly treatments and her passion for her family and friends.
Eliana holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Finance (ICADE) and an IESE MBA (Class 2010).
