Laura Ros has extensive experience in the Volkswagen Group. Since joining Volkswagen-Audi Spain in 1997 in the product area of the Volkswagen brand, she has held various management positions in the company. In 2001, Ros was appointed Marketing Director of ŠKODA, a brand she was linked to until 2009, when she returned to Volkswagen as Planning Manager. In 2011, Ros takes over the Volkswagen Aftersales Department, appointed Marketing Director of the brand in 2013 and Director of Volkwagen Spain in 2015.
Born in Barcelona in 1971 and graduated in Business Administration and Management from ESADE, Laura Ros began her professional career at Nissan Europe, a brand she has been linked to since 1994.
“Laura Ros has been part of the team that designed, developed and is implementing the strategic plan that we launched in 2011 and that has led Volkswagen to market leadership for three consecutive years.” For the president of Volkswagen-Audi Spain, the appointment of Ros is “a guarantee that Volkswagen will remain focused on the same strategic objectives”.
For her part, Laura Ros advanced that she will continue working on the two priority objectives of the Volkswagen brand, which are customer satisfaction and profitability of the dealer network.
