María Belén Abad Peña
I joined Amazon in 2015, after finishing my Industrial Management Engineering degree, as Graduate Area Manager in Madrid Fullfilment Center.
After a couple of years leading large teams, managing shifts and implementing initiatives and processes, I took the challenge of launching BCN1 as Operations Manager being responsible for Inbound department. One year later and in the same role, I moved to RSP, the Amazon Robotics System Platform in BCN1. During all this time I have partially been in charge of capacity management as well, for both buildings.
Not being afraid of challenges, I have recently started my new position as ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) Manager for Amazon Logistics Spain, where I will be responsible for Continuous Improvement and Standard Work implementation in all Amazon Logistics buildings in the country.
