Maria Eugenia Fanjul
María Eugenia Fanjul is a partner with A.T. Kearney and is responsible for the firm’s operations in the Andean region. She is based in Bogotá, Colombia. Before moving to Bogotá, she led the health practice in Spain and Portugal.
In her almost 20 years in consulting since she joined A.T. Kearney in 1995 she has worked on an array of projects, mainly in corporate and business unit strategy, organization and governance models, sales, logistics, strategic sourcing, and enterprise transformation. She has primarily supported clients in engineering and construction, infrastructures, pharma, and consumer goods.
She has led projects in the design and implementation of innovative distribution models and route-to-market strategies for more than 10 multinational pharmaceutical companies in Spain and Portugal. She has also worked extensively for leading Spanish construction and infrastructure companies, helping them design and implement their internationalization strategy and reviewing their organizational and governance model to sustain operations in a diversified geographical footprint.
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Fanjul worked for a leading Spanish construction company (now named OHL), with several positions of responsibility in the engineering department, and in the quality control department at a construction site.
María Eugenia Fanjul is a civil engineer with a degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from the University of Houston.
