When I moved to Stockholm in 2016 I had two job offers to choose from, a traditional, corporate bank similar to the one I had just left, or a quirky, ambitious start-up wanting to change the world. It wasn’t a hard choice and I joined Klarna for the fast pace, the challenges and the innovation and it has lived up to just that.
I’m a Director at Klarna and the organisation I lead is responsible for making sure Klarna is the best place to work. At Klarna we have a flat hierarchy and give autonomy and responsibility to our brilliant teams and my organisation is the driving force behind maintaining this start-up culture. Whether it be the awesome colleagues, the workplace or the technology we ensure our people are able to focus on doing what they do best – creating awesome solutions for our customers.
